To make a good pour over coffee consistently, you need to be able to control a few of the elements so that you can replicate the recipe over and over again with ease.
You will need to be able to measure the amount of coffee grounds per cup in relationship to the amount of water per cup. This is represented as a ratio.
You will need to be able to measure the temperature of water so you can start your brew at the same temperature very time.
You will also need to produce the same size coffee grinds every time.
